The process starts with an in-depth conversation to understand the event's theme, objectives, the attendees' profile, and the values the company wishes to convey. Based on this information, Dora Stefanova conducts specific research and formulates an artistic proposal conceptually linked to the event's identity. The initial idea is then translated into various formal and technical possibilities, allowing the project to be adapted to the number of pieces required and the specific characteristics of each organization.

The works are conceived as limited and numbered editions, with a maximum of 100 copies per piece, thus preserving their exclusivity and value as works of art. Each edition may incorporate elements related to the company, the region, the seminar theme, or the cultural purpose of the event, without losing the artist's visual and conceptual identity. Depending on the project's needs, the works can be created using engraving, digital printing, watercolor, collage, methacrylate, or other techniques suitable for producing limited editions.
